Privacy Policy

Document: Privacy policy for Laurel Dry Pros (waterdamagerestorationlaurelmd.com). Owner: Laurel Dry Pros. Effective November 1, 2026.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you chose and any message you write.
  • Phone calls: your phone number and what you tell us about the job.
  • Basic site data: like most websites, our host may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't collect payment card numbers through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, prepare estimates and invoices, and support insurance documentation you ask us to provide. If you tick the consent box on our form, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop texting at any time.

Call recording

Maryland law generally requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded (Maryland Code, Courts and Judicial Proceedings § 10-402). If we ever record calls, we will tell you at the start of the call.

How form submissions are handled

Form submissions are sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data only to deliver their services.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies. A small script records when someone taps a phone number so we can see which pages are helpful; it does not identify you.

Data security and breach notice

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. If a breach of personal information occurs, we will notify affected Maryland residents as required by the Maryland Personal Information Protection Act (Commercial Law § 14-3504), which generally requires notice no later than 45 days after the breach is discovered.

Maryland Online Data Privacy Act

Maryland's Online Data Privacy Act took effect on October 1, 2025. It applies to businesses that meet certain size thresholds. Whether or not it applies to us, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (301) 368-0221.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
